Why are masterminds so popular?
December 13, 2013 by Maureen Simon

Recently I’ve received a few emails from ladies in our community asking me questions about The Essential Feminine Company and how to grow their business. I’m going to be sharing the questions and answers with our community on Facebook but I also thought I would share them here with you. Enjoy! ~ Maureen
#1. What kind of foundation does a business need to be sustainable?
Maureen: A clear vision, conviction and diligence. A great team and support system.
#2. How did you know as a new business owner when it was time to invest in yourself?
Maureen: I started to invest in myself on Day 1 before I even worked with my first client. I have kept self investment as a priority. Self investment to me means, optimum self-care, putting yourself first when you need to, downtime and knowing the things that light up your soul and building them into your week.
#3. Why are masterminds so popular?
Maureen: I started my current business out of the spark I received from a mastermind I was in 10 years ago. Since then I have set up and facilitated many. Masterminds are the quickest most cost-effective way to get clear, focused, motivated and to be held accountable with measurable results for your vision.
Masterminds are in – women do best in collaborative environments. And good Masterminds are for those creating “real deal” businesses. ~ Maureen
