Wealth Comes In Many Forms

These days I’ve been learning that wealth comes in many forms.  I must admit, I’m most interested in the inner wealth.  Of course, having enough to comfortably live and share is a high value, but at the end of the day, it’s the wealth that I experience when speaking with a client and seeing her business excel, sharing a story with a close friend over a cup of hot tea and watching the mountain at sunset as it displays phenomenal colors before my eyes.  The wealth I am speaking about comes to me in a strong emotion or feeling.  In many cases, it cannot be bought.

The other ides I’ve been thinking about is the endless supply when we believe that all the beauty, wealth and richness in the world are in endless supply.  I’ve learned this lesson in the days when my well had nearly run dry and shortly after I experience an abundance of richness.  It’s so important to move from our smallness to our greatest selves where trust and possibility are natural and omnipresent.  The art here is to believe.

Uncertainty Serves As One Of Our Greatest Teachers

Uncertainty serves as one of our greatest teachers.  When we see it as an opportunity to regroup.  In a world that moves fast and places great pressure on us, we tend to need to know, to control.  Control and knowing serve as crutches or security in a world where we really truly know very little and need to be prepared to live from a place of unknowing.

Are you willing to consider looking at uncertainty in a new way?  Could you see it as a friend, an ally – and opportunity?

The opportunities that can be found in trusting what is uncertain are vast.  Try to include some new thinking around uncertainty and use these keys to guide you:

• What uncertainty are you faced with now?
• What is the message or teaching that the uncertainty presenting to you?
• Where could you apply greater trust?
• What would be the next right action?

Prosperity…Once you Claim it in Your Business and Life- There Is No Turning Back!

How do you define prosperity?

So many of us- have been socialized- to view prosperity from the lens of finance and hard core money.  Even the dictionary mentions the financial respects of prosperity as being key when it defines prosperity as:

“A successful, flourishing or thriving condition, especially in financial respects; good fortune”.

In launching The Essential Feminine Company I have learned so much about prosperity that I have made it a personal focus in my live and one that I will be sharing with women in our community in the months to come. For me prosperity– true prosperity becomes available to us fully in life when our material wealth is derived from a deep inner knowing of ourselves Then it can be created and re-created in all areas of our lives…for the rest of our lives. Prosperity can include financial abundance and yet it is not limited to financial abundance.

Here is a prosperity formula for you to think about- food for thought that has recently served as the base of my personal inner work and with some of the work I have been doing with my clients—

Change Your Business, Change Your Life, Create New Possibilities – Are You Ready?

We’ve been talking about the Elixir Course for the past month. One of the most important things we women need is financial independence.  Many of us have chosen to create sustainable businesses that support our values.  Over the last five years I’ve hundreds of conversations with women who have pointed out that they have had to change or adapt their business to become more relevant or to adapt to new market needs.  The fac e of business is changing.  Relevance is an essential theme to business.  One of my all time favorite things to do is to evaluate a business based on the following criteria:

• Does It meet a specific market need
• Is it financially sustainable
• Does the woman founder/director believe fully in her business.

Designing Life– Consciously….Is This REALLY Possible?

In the recent months I’ve taken the time to stop and look closely at what is working and what is not in my business and my life; I have been evaluating the parts that are interesting and exciting to me and the areas that need to change.  It is so easy to bumble along and accept the life that comes to us.  I believe it is the courageous one who becomes pro-active by envisioning and designing businesses and lives that reflect what we most value.

I mentioned last week that I have been in a personal transition and have been looking at my own tools and ways to traverse life: its challenges, joys and opportunities and it’s joys. For a long time I have wanted to share with you these invaluable resources and supports for creating a life of prosperity, influence and passion now.  In my last blog I mentioned that I would be revealing powerful information in May and June that has supported me greatly on my journey….I am excited about the Elixir Course http://theessentialfeminine.com/shop  and about the women who are signing up for the journey with me. Here are a few gems that may be helpful to you in your day to day life.  I started to assess my life and in the process,   realized I needed to ask myself some specific questions.  Take a look at the list below and read on.  This is a small piece of the journey I have been traversing in the past few months.

We must begin by

• Looking closely at what Is working and what Is not – notice in your business what must change – notice in your personal life what must change.
• Begin to tune into your natural rhythm, notice what supports you (quiet time, working at a certain time of the day, working out with a certain vigor) being cognizant of the seasons and the biorhythms of the day.  When we are aware of our daily rhythms and what is working and not working,  we can make powerful changes to enhance our energy.
• Measuring Your Day Against Your Destiny – Become clear about why you are here and each day be conscious of whether you are living with that reason at the forefront of your day.

What is a Golden Elixir? Do You Need to Find Yours?

Quite a while ago I missed an international flight while reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho a life transforming fictional classic that I believe is right up there with many of the great books of wisdom. As I sat reading in the airport I think I was most inspired and enthralled by the clear way that Paulo communicates the fact that we are not alone when aspiring towards creating our dreams- there is so much support on so many levels and in so realms- seen and unseen. We just need to be clear about what we most desire and dream of and then we must begin to reach for our dreams. Most often in these dreams and desires you will find the life you are really… here to live. Many of you know that I believe that each of us have a reason (meaning) for being here and when that meaning lines up with our values and with the gifts we have to offer- the universe opens up and success and fulfillment prevail.

This quote- below- from the Alchemist really got me started in pursuing my dreams and has stayed with me long after the plane flew over my head in Heathrow – London.

“It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting….And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” 

I guess you could say the veil lifted for me on that day in the airport and my life work to support women began. You never know exactly where the light bulb of life will go off for you! Always pay attention! I recently sat down and created a course for a small group of women that is the accumulation of my life’s work and learning’s. I will be sharing this with a small group of women starting in early June.  I am totally excited to work intimately with women on this shared journey.
