Happy New Year! What’s Next For You?

I love the beginning of the year. For many years, it has served as a point
or demarcation which has allowed me the opportunity to really look at what
is going on in my life. At this time of year I take time to pause, clarify
and energize my aspirations so that I can manifest them in the year to come.
I believe in order to be awake and conscious in the way we live our life we
need to take note of how we are living, to set intentions and to have a
sense for what our life will feel and look like when our aspirations are
fully manifested.

Each New Year after the festivities are behind me I settle into the year and
stop and ask myself:

* Am I aware of what is most important in life right now… am I
living with these riches in each day?

* What do I want to create in my life in the next 12 months?

* Do I need more time for inner reflection or contemplation (am I
hearing information available to me when I do quiet my mind)?

* What do I most need to change or commit to in order for me to
manifest what I most want to manifest right now?

This year I decided to share my New Year regrouping in a new mini
mastermind.

At the end of last year we had MANY requests for a short, reasonably priced mastermind group that would help women regroup and re-launch in 2014. I have created a mini mastermind to help you clarify your next steps through guided contemplation and inner reflection. Change Your Business, Change Your Life, Create New Possibilities – Are You Ready?

We’ve been talking about the Elixir Course for the past month. Designing Life– Consciously….Is This REALLY Possible?

In the recent months I’ve taken the time to stop and look closely at what is working and what is not in my business and my life; I have been evaluating the parts that are interesting and exciting to me and the areas that need to change.  It is so easy to bumble along and accept the life that comes to us.  I believe it is the courageous one who becomes pro-active by envisioning and designing businesses and lives that reflect what we most value.

I mentioned last week that I have been in a personal transition and have been looking at my own tools and ways to traverse life: its challenges, joys and opportunities and it’s joys. For a long time I have wanted to share with you these invaluable resources and supports for creating a life of prosperity, influence and passion now.  In my last blog I mentioned that I would be revealing powerful information in May and June that has supported me greatly on my journey….I am excited about the Elixir Course http://theessentialfeminine.com/shop  and about the women who are signing up for the journey with me. Here are a few gems that may be helpful to you in your day to day life.  I started to assess my life and in the process,   realized I needed to ask myself some specific questions.  Take a look at the list below and read on.  This is a small piece of the journey I have been traversing in the past few months.

We must begin by

• Looking closely at what Is working and what Is not – notice in your business what must change – notice in your personal life what must change.
• Begin to tune into your natural rhythm, notice what supports you (quiet time, working at a certain time of the day, working out with a certain vigor) being cognizant of the seasons and the biorhythms of the day.  When we are aware of our daily rhythms and what is working and not working,  we can make powerful changes to enhance our energy.
• Measuring Your Day Against Your Destiny – Become clear about why you are here and each day be conscious of whether you are living with that reason at the forefront of your day.

You Are The One You Have Been Waiting For – Why?

                     In the next few weeks, as I prepare the final details for our Elixir Course I will be sharing with you thoughts, ideas and suggestions about how to move our lives from where we are to where we most desire to be.  The Elixir Course that I will be speaking about is now filling.  Designing this course has given me the opportunity to reflect on the most powerful approaches, systems and processes that have helped me in my life to date.  In the beginning of my sabbatical I realized that I needed to begin by knowing “myself”.  Not the aimless self in the world but the deepest self, the inner voice and the knowing underneath the busy mind.  I decided to start the Elixir with some powerful exercises that will help us to really  understand that when we know who we are and what we are made of we can create deeply meaningful and fulfilling lives.  I designed the course so that we begin with an inner journey, getting the answers to these questions.  By the time we end, eight weeks later, we create in the world from the inside out.

I believe each of us is here to create an impact and to effect change.  I also believe there has never been a time on this planet where there are more openings and opportunities for us to show up and make a contribution.  I suggest that if you are interested in creating a life of contribution and meaning that you answer this question.

What is a Golden Elixir? Do You Need to Find Yours?

Quite a while ago I missed an international flight while reading The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho a life transforming fictional classic that I believe is right up there with many of the great books of wisdom. As I sat reading in the airport I think I was most inspired and enthralled by the clear way that Paulo communicates the fact that we are not alone when aspiring towards creating our dreams- there is so much support on so many levels and in so realms- seen and unseen. We just need to be clear about what we most desire and dream of and then we must begin to reach for our dreams. “It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting….And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” 

I guess you could say the veil lifted for me on that day in the airport and my life work to support women began. You never know exactly where the light bulb of life will go off for you! Always pay attention! I recently sat down and created a course for a small group of women that is the accumulation of my life’s work and learning’s. I will be sharing this with a small group of women starting in early June.  I am totally excited to work intimately with women on this shared journey.
